How to Cancel a DramaBox Subscription (October 2026)

DramaBox doesn't publish a cancellation guide of its own. Its App Store listing says only that subscriptions and auto-renewal are managed in your account settings, and that renewal happens unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. So in practice you cancel through the store that bills you. The steps below follow Apple's and Google's help pages as of October 22, 2026.

How to cancel DramaBox on iPhone or iPad

Go to Settings, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions and select DramaBox, then tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll).

Give yourself the 24 hours DramaBox asks for. If you turn off renewal later than that, the listing says the system extends the membership and charges the renewal at the price of your plan.

If DramaBox doesn't appear under Subscriptions, look for a "receipt from Apple" email for it. The receipt shows which Apple Account paid, and a family member's subscription can only be canceled from their account.

How to cancel DramaBox on Android

Open Google Play on your phone, go to your subscriptions, tap DramaBox and choose Cancel subscription, then finish the short confirmation. You can do the same from a browser at play.google.com by clicking Manage next to DramaBox. If it's missing, Google says it may be on another Google Account.

DramaBox's terms don't say what you keep after canceling. Apple handles requests at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, choose the refund option and a reason, select the DramaBox purchase and submit. Some purchases qualify, Apple says, and you should hear back within 24 to 48 hours.

Google Play takes requests from play.google.com under Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, where you choose Report a problem on the order. Within 48 hours of purchase a refund may be possible. Past that point Google asks you to contact the developer, which for DramaBox brings you back to its own no-refund terms.
