How to Cancel a NetShort Subscription (October 2026)

NetShort's Membership Agreement says you can end your VIP subscription at any time, and the deadline is what trips people up: the request has to go in at least 24 hours before your billing date. Miss it and the new cycle is charged anyway. Steps below were checked against Apple, Google and NetShort pages on October 22, 2026.

How to cancel NetShort on iPhone or iPad

If you pay through Apple, the cancel button is in your iPhone's Settings. Tap your name, go into Subscriptions, select NetShort and tap Cancel Subscription. The NetShort listing still quotes an older iTunes & App Store path, so your screen may look different.

How to cancel NetShort on Android

For a Google Play subscription, open the Play app, go to subscriptions, pick NetShort and tap Cancel subscription, then work through the prompts. From a computer, sign in at play.google.com, open your subscriptions and click Manage next to NetShort. Not there? Google says it may be on a different Google Account.

How to cancel on the website or a direct payment

NetShort's agreements describe an in-app route: log in to your account, open the Me page and follow the instructions to cancel. The terms say NetShort may bill a saved payment method directly, but they describe no separate web cancellation page, so for payments outside the app stores start from the Me page. If a charge looks wrong, the terms ask you to email netshort@netshort.com within 30 days of it. For other billing questions, the agreements point to Contact Us on the Me page.

What happens after you cancel

You keep VIP benefits until the current billing cycle ends, and nothing more is charged after that. Cancel on or after your billing date and the new cycle is still billed, with the cancellation starting from the following one. The Membership Agreement adds that money already paid for the current period isn't refunded.

Can you get a refund?

NetShort reviews refund requests itself. Its agreements route them through Contact Us on the Me page, promise a reply within 24 hours and say approved refunds are processed in 24 to 72 hours. The terms still call subscription payments and coin sales non-refundable as a rule.

The stores have their own forms too. For Apple, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, request a refund, choose a reason and the NetShort item. Apple says some purchases qualify, and answers usually come in 24 to 48 hours. For Google Play, use play.google.com: Payments & subscriptions, Budget & order history, then Report a problem on the order. Google may refund within 48 hours of purchase and refers later requests to the developer.
