How to Cancel a ReelShort Subscription (October 2026)

ReelShort's subscription is weekly. The App Store listing says it lasts 7 days and renews on its own until you cancel, which means a charge every week you forget about it. How to cancel ReelShort on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, pick ReelShort and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple notes the button can sit further down the screen. If there's no Cancel button, or you see an expiration date in red, the subscription is already canceled.

ReelShort's own listing asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

Can't find ReelShort in the list? Search your email for "receipt from Apple" and check which Apple Account was used. No Apple receipt at all usually means you paid someone else, and your bank statement will show who.

Can you get a refund?

Sometimes, and it depends on who billed you. For Apple purchases, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose to request a refund, give a reason and pick the ReelShort charge. Apple says some purchases may qualify and you'll usually hear back in 24 to 48 hours.

For Google Play, open play.google.com, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history, and use Report a problem on the order. Google says refunds may be possible within 48 hours of purchase. After that, it sends you to the developer.

ReelShort's terms call subscription payments final and non-refundable, except where the terms say otherwise, and treat coin sales the same way unless Crazy Maple Studio decides to make an exception.
